It’s been a Mt Olive dream since the beginning. Almost as soon as the Lord placed the idea of
Mt Olive in our hearts, He placed the idea of serving the community in tangible
ways there too. While we have been able
to serve the community in many ways in the past several years, we are extremely
excited to be able to serve our community in a consistent way through our
Community Meals.
Every third Saturday of the month at 11am, hot meals are served. It’s for anyone. It’s for everyone. There is no sign up sheet; we do not check pay stubs at the door; we just open the door and invite you in. The meal is served restaurant-style. This means that when you arrive, you’ll be greeted and seated at a table. Your waiter or waitress will then fill your drinks, bring your lunch, and take care of any other needs you have.
